Jaw Crusher

The single toggle jaw crusher is the type of jaw crusher which in relation to the feed opening size has the lowest weight, is cheapest, and has the highest capacity and the best ability to handle large lumps of material. There are few moving pars an advantage from the point of view of wear and reliability of operation. Thus it has many advantages, which explains its great popularity.

Eccentric Shaft

The eccentric shaft is made of special high grade forged steel and is very accurately machined. The shaft is amply dimensioned and the transitions between various diameters have been designed so as to reduce the danger of fatigue as much as possible.

Bearings Arrangement

The crushers are fitted with spherical roller bearing s which adjusts them to the deflection of the shaft when the latter is subject to strain during the crushing operation. In crushers R 150120-250 and R 210170-300 all four bearings are identical.

Jaw Plate

Jaw plates are made of manganese steel. The backs are surface ground ensuring good contact with the frame and the moving jaw. Since wear is as a rule not distributed evenly over the whole jaw plate, the plates are reversible, so that the parts can both be reversed and the upper and lower parts interchanged.
